recycled.a.r.t: Discovering Art in Recycled Trash

OKC Beautiful held a recycled.a.r.t “discovering.art.in.recycled.trash” contest. There were 26 pieces registered. Participants were to build an art piece out of 75 percent recyclable materials. The results were fantastic!

This event was held in celebration of America Recycles Day! Recycling is the easiest thing we can all do to save energy, conserve natural resources, and create green jobs! America Recycles Day (ARD) is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to promoting recycling programs in the United States. Together we can make recycling bigger and better 365 days a year.
