Sustainability Social Hour July

T.O. Bowman has worked for the City of Oklahoma City for fourteen years and directs the Office of Sustainability in the City’s Planning Department. In that role, T.O. develops policy and manages grants from nonprofits and a variety of Federal and State agencies. In the summer of 2020, he led the Office through the adoption of the City’s first sustainability plan, adaptokc.

T.O. is a LEED Green Associate, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma’s Gibbs College of Architecture, a past Vice President for the Oklahoma Compost and Sustainability Association, a past Treasurer of the Oklahoma Green Schools Program, and past Secretary of the Board for the Oklahoma Solar Association.
