Phil Moll is an active transportation planner and former middle and high school humanities teachers. At ACOG, Phil is responsible for the Regional Active Transportation Plan and for educating member cities and the public on active transportation topics. Phil rides his e-bike nearly  every day and thinks you should get an e-bike too!

 Ethan Mazzio is a senior transportation planner with the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG). With ACOG, Ethan oversees regional transit planning, operates transportation infrastructure grant programs, and manages the region’s bicycle/pedestrian public safety awareness campaign. 

Before ACOG, Ethan spent two years with the Mayors’ Institute on City Design (MICD) - a leadership development and urban design technical assistance forum for America’s mayors - connecting local leaders to resources and experts in the built environment. Other previous roles include work with the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, the City of Oklahoma City Office of Arts…
