Tree Distribution at the Farmer's Market

Urban Forestry is hosting a tree distribution event for Edmond residents at the Edmond Farmer's Market on Saturday, October 4th, and we could use some assistance with facilitating this event!

Considerations for volunteers:

• This event will include activities including but not limited to:

  • Picking up 3 to 5-gallon containerized trees weighing 10-20 pounds from a trailer or the ground

  • Carrying said trees a short distance from the staging area to a tree recipient

  • Standing/walking on paved surfaces throughout the duration of the event
