Tree Planting at Meadow Lakes Park

Join Edmond Urban Forestry for a community tree planting at Meadow Lakes Park! We will work with volunteers to plant 14 trees throughout the park located at Meadow Lake Dr and Winding Ln. Registration is required to participate. When on site, look for the green Urban Forestry tent!

Considerations for event participants:

• This event will include tree planting activities including but not limited to:

  • Digging in potentially compacted soil with shovels

  • Removing soil from the planting hole

  • Moving a 15-gallon containerized tree, taking it out of the pot and placing it in the planting hole
