Volunteer Opportunity with Edmond Urban Forestry!
Celebrate Arbor Week with the City of Edmond at the Annual Arbor Day Tree Planting! This year's event will take place at Edmond 66 Park Softball Complex, where volunteers will plant 21 trees throughout the parking area, located on the northeast corner of E 2nd St & N Post Rd. The planting will conclude with lunch provided for volunteers.
Volunteers are asked to wear close-toed shoes, comfortable clothing, and sun protection. Work gloves will be provided. Some shovels will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own tools if available.
