About the event
OKC Beautiful's Sustainability Social Hour is for those who love the environment and our city. Each session is centered around networking with those who have a passion for and want to learn more about environmental stewardship topics. This session will be outdoors at the Esperanza Elementary School Garden if weather permits, or inside the school if weather does not cooperate.
Each session features a conversational Q&A with a guest speaker. September features Representative Arturo Alonso Sandoval.
The event includes a mix and mingle portion from 5:00- 5:30 pm, then kicks off the one-hour Q&A session. All ages are welcome!
About the Speaker:
Arturo Alonso-Sandoval is a recent college graduate, attaining a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
