About the event
Michael Hoffner, AIA, is the principal of höffnerdesignstudio, an Oklahoma City practice specializing in architecture, historic preservation, and interior design. The studio’s award-winning work ranges from campus-scale projects to finely detailed, highly individual commissions. He chairs AIA Central Oklahoma’s Committee on the Environment [COTE] and Small Firms Roundtable and represents Oklahoma on the National AIA COTE and Small Firm Exchange.
Sarah Terry-Cobo (she/her) is an Associate Planner at the City of Oklahoma City's Office of Sustainability. She writes and administers grants and does community education and outreach to raise awareness on projects and programs the Office provides, such as energy efficiency, energy burdens, expanding access to alternative fuels, adding renewable energy to City facilities, Low-Impact Development and reducing the Urban Heat Island effect.
Her background is in journalism and communications with a focus on energy resources and environmental topics. She spent 11 years in journalism before becoming a public servant in 2019. She is an affiliate member of the Oklahoma chapter of the American Institute of Architects-Committee…
