About the event
Join us for a tea blending workshop featuring LaTasha Timberlake! Make your own custom loose leaf tea blend by combining fruits, leaves, spices, flowers, and roots. You will learn the spiritual and medicinal properties/usages of plants and fruits as well as easy growing and drying tips. *Bonus* Participants will also be able to make their very own “Fire Cider” to prepare for winter!
LaTasha Timberlake is a native to Oklahoma. After working in the field of education for over 20 years, she has decided to extended her servitude to her community by creating food educational programming through her non profit Lillian Timber Farms. She is a certified herbalist, life coach, and practitioner of holistic wellness. She enjoys traveling, reading books, and cooking.
The class is pay by donation of any amount, and will cover the cost of supplies.
