
OKC Tree Program

OKC Beautiful is teaming up with the Oklahoma Forestry Service and the USDA Forest Service to plant 100 trees in your area of Oklahoma City! Trees are free to organizations, businesses, and neighbors in the project boundaries. Trees provide shade, improve air quality, benefit the environment, and beautify our neighborhoods. This project is supported by the Oklahoma Forestry Service and the USDA Forest Service.
Trees will be planted by trained volunteers on March 14th, 2026. In the weeks leading up to planting, you will be contacted to schedule a time for one of our program representatives to visit your property with you and help determine the best planting location(s). OKC Beautiful will process all OKIE811 requests to ensure no conflicts with utilities on your property.
All trees are 3-6 foot tall, 5-gallon, 1/2" caliper.

Caddo Maple

Cedar Elm

Bald Cypress
Participation Requirements:

Must be a property in the project boundaries:
Between N Lincoln Blvd and N Kelley Ave & Between NE 36th St and NE 23rd St -
Trees must be planted in the front yard of a residential property.

Property owner / tenant must commit to watering the trees until established (minimum of three years) and caring for the tree(s) in perpetuity.

Request must be made by the property owner.

Trees are offered on a first come, first served basis, so prompt registration is encouraged. While submitting a request does not guarantee receipt, we will do our best to facilitate all requests. The deadline to request planting assistance is February 23rd. Trees will be planted March 14th, weather permitting.
