
OKC Tree Program

OKC Beautiful is offering 500+ trees to be planted in multiple neighborhoods in northwest Oklahoma City, thanks to support from Keep America Beautiful, the Home Depot Foundation, Accenture, and the Arbor Day Foundation.
Trees will be planted by trained volunteers on the morning of November 8th, or available for pick up that afternoon. Requests for planting assistance has passed, all remaining trees are only available for pick-up on November 8th between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at 3535 N Classen Boulevard.
All trees are 6-9 foot tall, 7-gallon, 3/4" caliper. The following tree species are currently available to choose from:

If Requesting Planting Assistance: Volunteers are only able to plant in front yards. If tree(s) are for a backyard, you are able to pick up and plant on your own - planting instructions will be provided. If you are receiving planting assistance in your front yard, you will be contacted to schedule a time for a visit with one of our program representatives to determine the best planting location(s) on your property. OKC Beautiful will process all OKIE811 requests to ensure no conflicts with utilities on your property.
If Requesting to Pick Up Trees and Plant on Your Own: Trees will be available to pick up on November 8th, between 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at 3535 N Classen Boulevard.
Participation Requirements:

Property owner / tenant must commit to watering the trees until established (minimum of three years) and caring for the tree(s) in perpetuity.

Trees are offered on a first-come, first served basis, so prompt registration is encouraged. While submitting a request does not guarantee receipt, we will do our best to facilitate all requests. The deadline to request planting assistance is October 27.
