RETREET Program

OKC Beautiful is teaming up with Keep America Beautiful and the Home Depot Foundation to plant 250 trees in northwest Oklahoma City. Trees are free to organizations, businesses, and neighbors within the project boundaries. Trees provide shade, improve air quality, benefit the environment, and beautify our neighborhoods.

Trees will be planted by trained volunteers on October 11, 2025. In the week leading up to planting, you will be contacted to schedule a time for a visit with one of our program representatives to determine the best planting location(s) on your property. OKC Beautiful will process all OKIE811 requests to ensure no conflicts with utilities on your property.
All trees are 6-7 foot tall, 7-gallon, 3/4" caliper. The following tree species are currently available to choose from: ‘Quickfrost’ Arizona Cypress, ‘Barton’ Pecan. (Other species have been claimed).
