At OKC Beautiful, we believe in the power of nature, education, and community to create a more resilient and connected city. We’ve pursued this vision since 1962.
Our next step to grow this mission is to build a permanent home - a space that brings people together to learn and take action for a more beautiful environment and community. We are seeking community support for this effort!

Community Roots Capital Campaign
Purpose for the Project

Expand Operations: A new space will allow us to launch nursery and greenhouse operations - plant production and staging capacity to support citywide beautification, urban forestry, and native planting projects.

Host Classes & Workshops: OKC Beautiful organizes 40+ community classes a year. Classes are typically hosted at various locations in the community, causing additional logistics and expenses. A dedicated facility would be used to develop community skills.

Grow Community Gardens: Develop gardens that demonstrate sustainable growing practices and provide hands-on learning opportunities while expanding access to food.​

Create Room to Grow: With additional office space and flexible gathering areas, we can expand our staff, volunteers, and programming for years to come. In our past facility, we lacked space to store equipment, supplies, and fleet necessary to expand our operations.
